Phase 01
Rough Clean
After framing, drywall or other major trades, the site is cleared so the next phase starts clean and on time.
- Loose debris and packaging moved to the site dumpster
- Floors swept and vacuumed throughout
- Heavy dust removed from sills, ledges and openings
- Kitchen and bathroom areas cleared for the next trades
- Site left ready for finishing work
Phase 02 / Featured
Final Clean
The detailed clean before handover. Construction dust and residue removed from every surface, edge and fixture, so the work is seen the way it was built.
- Fine dust removed from walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures
- Cabinets, drawers and closets cleaned inside and out
- Paint, adhesive, grout and sticker residue treated
- Appliances, fixtures and hardware finished
- Windows, tracks and frames detailed

Window, Glass & Track Detailing
Labels, paint and silicone removed from glass, frames, sills and tracks, inside and out.

Floor Detailing
Hardwood, tile and concrete cleared of fine dust, grout haze and adhesive before the owner walks in.

Exterior, Garage & Entry
Decks, thresholds, garage floors and front entries cleaned to match the interior.
